1. The House & Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Arise Apparel, registered and established in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Arise Apparel.

By visiting our platform and/or purchasing garments from our house, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms, policies, and notices referenced herein.

2. Products, Garment Nuances & Pricing

All prices listed on www.weararise.com are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable manufacturing costs. Delivery fees (standard flat rate LKR 450) are calculated and itemized during checkout.

We make every effort to display the true color, weight, and texture of our textiles as accurately as possible. However, because display monitors and mobile screens render colors differently, slight tonal variations may occur. Because our garments utilize custom organic washes and heavyweight knit cottons, subtle tactile textures are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Contract

Cash on Delivery is a courtesy extended to patrons throughout Sri Lanka. When placing an order under the Cash on Delivery method:

• You confirm that the contact number and delivery address provided are genuine, and that an authorized person will be present with the exact cash amount to accept the delivery.
• Placing a COD order constitutes a binding contractual commitment to accept and pay for the package upon courier arrival.
• Refusing genuine deliveries without prior notice or providing fraudulent contact details disrupts logistics and damages small-batch artisanal production. Patrons who abuse COD privileges will be permanently blacklisted from future orders across all Arise platforms.

4. Bank Transfer Verification & Anti-Fraud Policy

When selecting Bank Transfer, payment must be deposited into the designated Arise Apparel commercial bank account within 24 hours of checkout.

Zero Tolerance for Tampered Slips: All uploaded bank slips and transaction references are independently verified against live bank clearing statements. Submitting altered, edited, or counterfeit deposit slips is a criminal offense under Sri Lankan electronic transactions law and will be referred to law enforcement authorities.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

All purchases made through our platform are subject to our dedicated Returns & Exchange Policy. Specifically, Arise Apparel enforces a strict No-Cash-Refund Policy with a generous 14-day exchange privilege for any alternative size, color, or collection design.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks

All content on this website — including typography, visual campaign media, product silhouettes, graphic artwork, brand trademarks, and editorial copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Arise Apparel. Unlawful reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you garments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
