1. Domestic Shipping Rates (Sri Lanka)

We maintain a flat, predictable rate for all domestic deliveries regardless of weight:

2. Processing & Dispatch Protocol

• Processing Hours: Orders placed from Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time) are processed and prepared for courier handover within 24 hours.
• Weekend & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Poya Days, Public Holidays, or Sundays are dispatched on the immediate following business day.
• Tracking Information: As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier partner, an automated SMS and email notification containing your live tracking ID will be delivered to your contact details.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

To ensure safe handover of your luxury garments, the courier partner requires cash payment in full before the sealed package is opened. Please ensure the exact cash amount is available at the delivery address to avoid delay.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the driver will contact your phone or WhatsApp. Packages unaccepted after two attempts are returned to our Colombo Atelier and will require re-dispatch fees.

4. Bank Transfer Slip Verification

Orders selected with Bank Transfer are held in reserve for 24 hours. Our accounts team verifies deposited slips within 2 to 4 business hours. Once verified, your order status updates to Verified • Processing and enters the dispatch queue immediately.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international clients, orders are shipped via DHL Express or Aramex. Import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. For special international orders or quotes, contact our concierge directly.
